We have updated our cancellation policy to offer our direct customers 100% flexibility during this difficult period.

New Reservations
Any reservation with stays until June 30th can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date, except for EPIC SANA Algarve and EPIC SANA Luanda whose free cancellation can be made up to 72 hours before the arrival date.

Existing Reservations
Customers with existing individual reservations, prepaid rates that are normally more restrictive, we will allow customers to change dates or keep the amount on credit so they can use it in future stays until December 30, 2020

Closed facilities


Following the recommendations of the Portuguese Health authorities as a preventive measure, as of march 13th and until further notice, the following services at the hotel will no longer be open:

Services and treatments at Sayanna Wellness SPAs ;
Gyms, Indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, saunas and Turkish baths;
Restaurants inside the hotels ;
Fifty Seconds Restaurant;
SUD Lisboa Terrazza and SUD Hall;
A Pastorinha Restaurant;

At the SANA group, we are committed to ensuring that our customers and employees are in a safe environment.

Our thoughts are with the people who were affected by this pandemic and with all health professionals, health entities and the Government for the commitment with which they are at the forefront of a battle that has just started.

For this reason, we have adopted a set of preventive and contingency measures in view of the spread of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) globally, measures that are in line with the guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), the European Center for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) and General Directorate of Health (DGS).

In order to ensure that the SANA group maintains a response strategy that mitigates the risk of infection and ensures the normal operation of the hotel units, several measures have been implemented in terms of the adoption of infection prevention and control practices in hotels and accommodations, namely:

✓ Training and training of all groups of professionals from different areas of the hotel or accommodation on COVID-19 and how to comply with basic precautions for infection prevention and control;
✓ How to act with the sick person or suspected of being sick by COVID-19 in the hotel or accommodation;
✓ Cleaning of environmental surfaces and treatment of clothes in hotels and accommodations;
✓ Protection of professionals responsible for maintaining guest accommodation at the hotel or accommodation;
✓ Change of room linen and cleaning and disinfection of the premises;
✓ Maintenance, cleaning and disinfection of environmental surfaces;

However, we are fully aware of the role we play in preventing and reducing the risk of spread, so there is a constant assessment of how the situation is progressing and which best practices should be implemented.

All of these measures are already in full operation.
